Ripple blanket no.1 – and more

I tried something new and (I thought) difficult; it turned out to be really really easy.  And such fun to do.

Ripple blanket no. 1 now finished, and given away yesterday as a birthday present.  Ripple blanket no. 2 well on its way and destined to be a 60th birthday present for a good friend, next Sunday.  So no time to lose!

Then there’s ripple blanket no. 3 to do (another present – sshh!), and after that I’ll do one for myself.

Thanks Lucy for inspiration, a brilliant online tutorial, and an easy pattern to follow.

There’s no stopping me now!

    • Thankyou! I can take little credit for how it looks – a bit like painting by numbers (remember that??) – Lucy who designed the blanket did the creative bit of designing the pattern and the colours, I just made it. But still, I do feel very proud and pleased with it.

I love to read your comments. I don't expect everyone to agree with me, and I don't mind if you don't. However, I ask you to respect the 'circle time' rules made by my son's primary school teacher: make a comment, ask a question or say something nice. Thank you!
